Diana is an experienced senior manager in the service sector, who has earned a strong reputation for driving both individual and organisational performance.

As a management consultant, Diana focuses on building capacity and capability at all levels within organisations. As an executive coach, mentor and highly regarded trouble shooter for change, she is known for delivering results in challenging environments that improve performance and outcomes.

Having managed up to 750 full-time-equivalent staff and multi-million-dollar contracts, Diana brings extensive practical experience in general management, strategic and annual planning, human resource, quality and risk management, along with systems development. Diana uses whole-systems thinking. She has an empowering coaching style, as a coach and mentor, which she balances with her absolute commitment to getting results.

Diana’s career has developed through her management consultancy roles. Her strong results have led to referrals for a wide range of projects and for individual, team and organisational performance enhancement support in the Health, Education and Social Service and Finance sectors. Diana is an excellent educator who is also involved in the successful design, development and delivery of e-learning and face-to-face training courses.

Diana is a qualified counselor and a full member of New Zealand Association of Counselors. Certified as a Lead Quality Auditor ISO 9001:2000 and graduated from the Accelerated Development Management Program, AGSM, University of Sydney. Diana holds a Certificate in Leadership from the Centre for Vision and Leadership in New Zealand.
