Life in Leadership takes an interactive approach to coaching, where through authentic dialogue, in a confidential setting, leaders actively reflect, think and grow.

Through guided discussion, our team work with leaders to reflect on their own experience, their organisation and the relationships they have with members of their team. By focusing on these areas, we help leaders arrive at a greater understanding of their own personal drivers and identity as leaders. We discuss what really matters. Having established an insight into their personal dynamic, leaders are better placed to grow in both their working and non-working lives.

Life in Leadership develops the full potential of leaders through active coaching. Leaders learn to become aware of their unique response to stress and how to expand as an individual while in a demanding leadership role.

Through active coaching, leaders’ creativity and teamwork flourish. Leaders are able to discriminate and become comfortable with times when it is most productive to allow others to influence them and when, on the other hand, they should assert themselves.
