Jackie works with individuals and teams, helping them develop strength and resilience through more powerful relationships. She is a highly tuned active listener, so she quickly identifies development needs within the specific context of her clients’ situations. Jackie uses this approach to focus work in the present, and bring about meaningful results.
Having worked within organisations as well as in consultative roles, Jackie understands the expectations, challenges and reality large organisations face and the effect this has on their people. She is able to accurately assess what’s really going on for her clients and build trusting relationships from which powerful work can safely evolve.
Jackie has over 15 years’ experience in human resources management, organisational consulting, coaching and counseling. She has worked within and consulted to organisations, including ANZ, nab, IBM, Drake, Bupa (HBA – MBF), MDA National, Nortel, Nike, Bank of Melbourne / Westpac, Pitcher Partners, Link Consulting, and a number of private enterprises across industries.
Jackie has worked on leadership development and the executive talent and leadership program with ANZ. She has also played an active role as business equity partner in Horizon Petroleum, a chain of service stations and convenience stores in Victoria.
Jackie earned her Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences in Psychology from
La Trobe University before completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Organisational Psychology at Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Gestalt Therapy) through Swinburne University.
Jackie is registered through the Psychologists Registration Board Victoria. She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
