LEAP

Leadership Exploration Action Program (LEAP) is a relational tool that provides a semi-structured dialogical interview and feedback process. It was developed by Maree as part of her doctoral thesis research into attachment theory and its role in workplace relationships.

Through LEAP, leaders become more aware of the information and relationships available to them. They learn to further develop these resources and harness them judiciously to increase their personal effectiveness.

LEAP is designed to function within a structured coaching relationship over a specific period of time. The relational tool creates a semi-structured dialogue, and the coaching that takes place is focused around the unique needs of the leader.
