Trevor brings the latest academic insight into his development work with chief executives and executive teams. During his 25-year career as an independent consultant and coach, he has taught a number of MBA programs at universities in the United Kingdom and has written widely about his work.
Trevor’s work with clients focuses on developing creative and inspired solutions to business issues. His unusual blend of skills and experience, namely academic rigour, business acumen and psychology, along with his sense of humour provide Trevor with a particular talent to see business issues from a very different and enlivening perspective. Drawing on a broad range of theoretical and practical approaches, Trevor helps build relationships and improve awareness to enable experimentation with different solutions. This unique consulting and coaching style often unearths hidden issues so the resulting creative interventions lead to lasting improvements.
Trevor has worked with a number of senior leadership teams including senior partners at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including the successful Unilever audit team, the chief executive and the executive team of Mulberry Group Plc, the chief executive and the executive team of Praxis Critical Systems Ltd., the chairman and the board of directors of Helphire Group Plc., the chairman and managing director of Nelson Croom Ltd.
Trevor also has extensive experience of the financial services sector having worked with a number of financial services organisations, including Lloyds TSB, HSBC, Weatpac and National Australia Group (Europe).
In addition to a PhD in Organisational Development (Loughborough University), Trevor is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also a Clinical Member of Gestalt Australia and New Zealand.
